Career Objective in CV

Hey Community,

i got some real difficulties to find a good sentence for the section "career objective" in my Vita. Maybe you guys can give me some advise with it. I will apply for a Management Trainee Program.
Here is a example i already created but it doesn't sound that good =/

CAREER OBJECTIVE
Take the challenge of the Management Trainee program to develop leadership skills and become a future leader in the hospitality field. Experience in several outlets of a luxury hotel and the desire to develop a career with the Industry will add value.
