Hey hey at all of you who tried to help me out in the 2nd and 3rd quartal of the year
and also to the many readers of my long and sometimes useless threads =),
I am still alive and I am really fine =)! I found something where I will be able to live all the advantages I have seen in the hotelworld =) with less disadvantages.
Still thanks a lot! Without my workexperience I would never be there where I am now 😀 .
And I am sure I won't loose the hotelbusiness out of my eyes completely. Because maybe I still will do the apprenticeship in case it is a useful something to reach my goals =).
By the way someone a good advise for a book about sommelierknowledge? And about fine dining? And about work at a reception?
