How can I explain Christmas Pudding??
Seamos realistos y hagamos lo imposible. URUGUAY, EL PAIS DE MI CORAZON Y EL MEJOR LUGAR DEL MUNDO!
I really don't agree with capital letters in english menus:
(e.g.) Why do "Tomato" and "Soup" start with a capital and "herb" does not?
Just choose a style and keep it ... 😉
How can I explain Christmas Pudding??
Don't. Just explain it, if you'll get asked.
P.S. menu-card = menu (English is really easy, isn't it?) 😉

Fried gilthead filet (not fillet!) with eggplant tomato vegetables,
pesto and sauteed chive potatoes.
Take care about the big and small letters: White Tomato Soup with herbs > wrong.
White tomato soup with herbs. Check the whole menue again! Use big letters when starting a sentence or using names only!
Rolled Stuffed Filet of Beef ,cream Sauce and Elbow macaroni>
How is it prepared? Braised stuffed (stuffed with what)filet (not fillet!) of beef, cream sauce and ...
Your Quiche, what kind of Quiche is it?
filet (not fillet!)
Sorry, but in (British) English the Fillet is written with double 'l'.
Filet is American English.
