Here we go, for the first Question:
How do I translate Graved-Lachs? I couldn't find a translation yet and when I use Graved-Salmon it sounds to me like: Beerdigter Lachs 😀 😀
Anybody can help? I think I will have more questions soon, I'm just translating some Wedding Menus.
Would appreciate if someone can help me.

Well, even if it sounds wired, but this is where the term originally comes from:
To preserve the fish, it was buried with dill in wholes at the beach.
So there's nothing wrong with "Graved Lachs" in my opinion.
Although all of my dictionaries use the scandinavian term "Gravad Lax" or "Gravlaks".
With "Swedish marinated salmon" you could imply, that the fish is from Sweden.
